These terms govern your use of jetstudiollc.com and of the apps and games published by Jet Studio LLC (“Jet Studio”, “we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

Jet Studio LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that builds and publishes its own apps and games. You can reach us at hello@jetstudiollc.com.
Apps, games, and app stores
Our apps and games are distributed through app stores such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you download one, the store’s terms also apply, including Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement for products obtained from the App Store, unless we provide our own license agreement for that product. If these terms conflict with a store’s mandatory terms, the store’s terms win for that product.
Apple and Google are not responsible for our products or for providing support for them; support is our responsibility, and you can find it at jetstudiollc.com/support.
Your license
Subject to these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps and games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent our products; reverse engineer or attempt to extract their source code, except where the law allows it; circumvent any technical protection; use cheats, bots, or unauthorized software to gain an advantage or disrupt a game; or use our products in any unlawful way.
Purchases and virtual items
Some products may offer paid downloads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. These are sold and processed by the app store you use, under its payment and refund policies. Refund requests go to the store; see our support page for links.
Virtual currency and virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you rather than sold. They may be lost if a product is discontinued, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
Your content and feedback
If a product lets you create or submit content, you keep ownership of it, and you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the product. You are responsible for what you submit and must have the rights to it.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and without owing you anything.
Our intellectual property
Jet Studio builds and owns its products. Our apps, games, website, names, logos, characters, artwork, music, and code are owned by Jet Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license above, these terms give you no rights in them.
Third-party services
Our products may link to or work with services we do not control, such as app stores and platform accounts. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue any product or feature at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You may stop using our products at any time by deleting them.
Disclaimer
Our products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not promise that our products will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Jet Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to our products is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months before the claim, or US $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Indemnity
If you use our products in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, that Jet Studio incurs as a result, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the consumer laws of the country where you live give you the right to bring the claim there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using our products after a change, you accept the updated terms.
